We protect your rental income and manage arrears and legal action if tenants default.

You continue receiving rent if tenants fall behind, up to £3,500 per month for up to 15 months, with up to 75% for three months while re-letting. We handle arrears, legal processes and possession proceedings, keeping you informed throughout (terms apply*)

*Rent Protection & Legal Expenses Service is only available for tenancies introduced and referenced by Landlo, and is subject to our Terms of Business. A minimum 12-month term applies from the start date of each tenancy secured under this service.

Tenant Portal

The Tenant Portal provides instant access to troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and essential resources to help resolve common problems. If further assistance is required, tenants can submit a maintenance request directly through the portal or get immediate assistance in case of an emergency. This structured process helps tenants receive the right support while protecting your property from unnecessary repair call-outs. 

Fair, Transparent Repairs

We believe in honesty and transparency, which is why we do not add any surcharge to organise repair works under £2,000 for active tenancies. You’ll only ever pay the exact cost quoted by the contractor, ensuring you get fair pricing for all repairs, without any hidden fees or markups. No Renewal Charges

When we’ve placed the tenants ourselves, we don’t charge any fees for renewing the tenancy. We’ll handle all the back-and-forth with the tenants, prepare and issue the renewal paperwork, update the tenancy agreement, and ensure the deposit and compliance requirements remain valid. It’s all included as part of our standard service - no hidden fees, no surprises.

Client Money Protection

All funds are fully protected under the Client Money Protection (CMP) scheme through Propertymark and are securely held in a designated client account. This ensures that all transactions are handled transparently and in compliance with industry regulations, giving landlords complete peace of mind.

Compliance

Keeping up with property regulations can be complex, but we make it easy. We will ensure your property meets all legal requirements, including EPCs, Gas Safety, EICRs.

No Set-Up Fee

We don’t charge a set-up fee, so you can begin property management with us simply and smoothly. Our focus is on clear, straightforward service from day one - without an initial set up fee to worry about.

Clear & Flexible Terms

Rent Collection and Fully Managed operate on a rolling agreement with three months’ notice. Rent Protection requires a 12-month minimum term from the start of each tenancy placed under that service, after which three months’ notice applies.

The Property Redress Scheme
