We also keep you informed on upcoming certificate renewals, inspections, and maintenance schedules, ensuring your property remains compliant and well-maintained. The landlord dashboard is avaliable in all web browsers, it can also be saved as an app on your smartphone (Apple/ Android).

    Yes! We work with landlords from the UK and abroad. You will need to register with HMRC for self-assessment. Contact us to learn more.

    How does the management fee work?

    Our management fee is a percentage of the monthly rent, covering everything from tenant support to maintenance coordination. We offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Any additional charges can be found in our landlord fees & additional services list.

    Who handles property maintenance and repairs?

    We coordinate all maintenance and repairs with trusted contractors. You’ll always be informed before any routine work is carried out.

    Are there extra charges when you arrange repairs?

    We don’t add any surcharges for arranging repair or maintenance work under £2,000 during active tenancies. This means that when you need general repairs or maintenance (e.g., fixing a broken boiler), you only pay the contractor’s fee. We’ll simply pass the invoice to you or deduct the cost from the rent received. For works over £2,000, we charge a 10% surcharge for arranging the repairs. Compliance and additional services listed in our landlord fees may include separate admin charges.
